How can we work together with you as an investor?

Our own investment areas: if the investment is to be made from our region, which has been researched and whose infrastructure has been established, researched etc. We don’t charge a fee.

This can occur in two ways:

It is sufficient for us to get the commission after the commission we have determined in the purchasing process. Nowadays these areas are in Ankara and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus .
2. Work will be done according to the different needs and demands of investors.

In this case, our domestic and foreign investors can make demand in another region and subjects according to their needs and aims. For example:

1. One of our investors may be looking for a land or building with certain criteria to open a chain store.
2. Another one would like to buy some villas and get profit, letting them rent.
3. Another one has a land and would like us to make land and property development.
4. Another investor group or cooperatives would like us to organize (search, find and buy) lands for them.
5. Another one would like us to organize (search, find and buy) the whole tourism project               (from choosing the location to buying land and buildings suitable for tourism).
6. Or a well-known investor, who has a serious portfolio, may want a real estate to be purchased by the help of us (experienced experts) and not to be mentioned in the transactions (to avoid speculative value increases, price increasing risks or in order not to be made public announcement). They may want to carry out the negotiations and transactions with us or, on the contrary, they may request us to negotiate and deal for sale.
7. Our municipalities, institutions, associations, ministries, companies or individual investors may ask us to make projects on their suitable lands (the whole organization including investor’s relations, planning and sales).
8. Another case, one of our investors, who has a great – volume real estate portfolio, may request from us to manage their investments.

Here we provide services for our domestic and foreign investors in such investments for their own needs and purposes by agreeing on a monthly fixed payment according to the amount and volume of the investment and a performance premium at the end of each work.
