First of all, this issue requires a very serious organization. An unorganized project doesn’t reach the place where it should be as an added value, municipalities and institutions lack detailed research, they can use their lands inefficiently except for their needs and demands, their actions are inadequate to reach the target investor, even if they reach, efficient projects are not realized.
In terms of investors, each investor is opened for speculation and exploitation since they do not have sufficient knowledge and experience outside their field of activity, which doesn’t provide the expected profit and makes the investor disinterested in land investments.
The main way to prevent all this negativity is to bring appropriate land to the right investor according to the most accurate demand and need, to make the right planning and investment infrastructure, and even then to reach the end user and investor.
If the project is not beneficial for everyone, even if one person suffers from it, we will not do this job, we will stay out.
Especially we don’t approve the projects which are based on speculation, with the splendor to be zoned. Such projects seem profitable and then remain in the possession of the investor which are shown to increase in the value according to the balance of temporally supply and demand, then make the investors lost during the time period projects. We never accept such projects and keep our investors out of them.

A suitable and well-made land and real estate development project is a profitable and sturdy business in terms of a land provider, planner, investor, public and final investment.
